We intend only to have one breed and possibly two on our property. My wife and I will take care of the kennel 24/7 and only have occasional customers, 2-3 people, on our property to view the operation or see puppies at any one time. We have all of our barkers debarked so as not to be a nuisance to the neigborhood. About 3/4 of the dogs we have at this time are debarked and we have an ongoing list for the debarking. Our hours of operation will be 9am and no later than 8pm for customers and by appointment only. We pickup wastes in our kennel areas daily to help to keep odor and disease control. #4 We have greyhound kennels on both sides east and west of our property and horse property north and south of the mentioned property. #5-d We have two sheds now with 7 chainlink runs on one and 14 runs on the other. All runs are covered to keep the snow and rain out of the dog area. All the dogs have a door to access the shed for protection from the heat and cold. The proposed building will be constructed the same and with matching material and colors. We plan to construct the buildings out of colored metal and chain link runs. Privacy fence will surround the area and have shade trees to help landscape the kennel area e. We have Dachshund that we breed and at times have 2-3 head of horses on the property but not to exceed more than 100 animals at any one time. We intend only to have one breed of dog.
