RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF GARVIN WESTHOFF TO BUILDING TRADES
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Garvin Westhoff be reappointed to said board
as the Weld County Home Builders representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Garvin Westhoff to said board,with
a term to expire April 10, 2009.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Garvin Westhoff be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Building Trades
Advisory Committee, with a term to expire April 10, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of April, A.D., 2006.
