Re: Conditions of Approval for USR 1291 and USR 1353
Dear Kim:
Pursuant to letters received from Weld County Department of Planning Services,
dated June 2, 2006, and our telephone conversation of August 1, 2006, please be advised
that Kerr-McGee Gathering, successor to HS Gathering, does plan on fulfilling the
Conditions of Approval in regards to the subject USRs by the submission and approval of
the Mylar plats associated with said USRs.
Please be advised that the Mylar plats were prepared and presented to Weld
County Department of Planning Services but rejected due to a 'lot line violation'. It is
understood that a `vacation' of a lot line may be needed in order to have the Mylars
accepted by the Department of Planning Services. It is KMG's intention to begin this
process immediately and to fulfill the Conditions of Approval within reasonable
timeframe.
