WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

The owners of the property described above have requested an exemption from
Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations adopted August 30, 1972.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
reccnnends that the request be approved for the followings reasons:

from one (1) existing parcel; however, one (1) residential dewelling does
exist on each parcel so therefore, no new parcels will be eligible for
residential building permits.
The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any negative
comments regarding this case.

Lady and Gentlemen:
This letter will support the application of Lloyd E. Camp and
Melvin J. Camp for a Subdivision Exemption. Lloyd E. Camp and Melvin J.
Camp are now the owners of the SW} of the NWT and the NWT of the SWk
of Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. in
Weld County, Colorado.
For many years the property was owned by Lloyd E. Camp, Melvin J.
Camp and Lewis C. Camp. Lewis C. Camp died in 1979. By the terms of his
Last Will and Testament his interest in the property was devised to
Lloyd E. Camp and Melvin J. Camp who are now the owners. Lloyd E. Camp
and Melvin J. Camp have resided on the property for many years. Lloyd E.
Camp's residence is the property furthest south and is known and numbered
as 1200 Division Blvd. , Platteville, Colorado and Melvin J. Camp has resided
in the residence furthest north and is known and numbered as 700 Division Blvd. ,
Platteville, Colorado. Each Lloyd E. and Melvin J. Camp have made capital
improvements to the residence in which each reside and each have recognized
that the residence of each belongs to the person residing there.
In order to completely settle the estate of Lewis C. Camp, it is
necessary that Lloyd E. Camp and Melvin J. Camp convey Parcel B to Melvin J.
Camp and Parcel C to Lloyd E. Camp.
For your information, the residence located upon Parcel C is served
by water from the Town of Platteville and is hooked on to Platteville sewage
disposal system. As to Parcel C, water is from the Town of Platteville and the
sewage disposal is as it has been since the house was built many years ago
into a septic tank leach field.
As Lloyd E. Camp and Melvin J. Camp advance in years it becomes
increasingly important that the interests of Lloyd E. Camp and Melvin J. Camp
in the residence property be separated from the balance of the farmland.

to MELVIN J. CAMP and LLOYD E. CAMP, Grantees, whose address is

WHEREAS, the above-named decedent in his lifetime made and executed
his Last Will and Testament dated March 16, 1973, which Will was duly admitted
to informal probate on October 26, 1979, by the District Court in and
for the County of Weld, and State of Colorado, Probate No. 79-PR-241;
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of
said Estate on October 26, 1979, and is now qualified and acting in said
capacity; and
