HomeMy WebLinkAbout20062905 RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, PZ #1103, FROM A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) ZONE DISTRICT - LIBERTY PROPERTIES, LLLP/KENNETH AND CONNIE WILLIAMSON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 18th day of October, 2006,at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Liberty Properties,LLLP/Kenneth and Connie Williamson,4068 Camelot Circle, Longmont, Colorado,80504,c/o Landmark Engineering, Ltd.,3521 West Eisenhower Boulevard, Loveland,Colorado,80537,for a Change of Zone from the A(Agricultural)Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)Zone District for 131 lots with R-1 (Low Density Residential)uses, a 23-acre lot with C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) and C-2 (General Commercial) uses, and approximately 30 acres common open space on the following described real estate, to-wit: NW1/4 of Section 21, Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be continued to December 13, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., to allow adequate time to conduct a Work Session to discuss the location of the 1-25 Parallel Arterial Corridor Study,with any additional comments specific to the land use case restricted to the hearing on December 13, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to December 13, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. 2006-2905 PL1856 a() Pt, P&i /kr&rj n_ RE: CONTINUANCE (PZ #1103) - LIBERTY PROPERTIES, LLLP/ KENNETH AND CONNIE WILLIAMSON PAGE 2 The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of October, A.D., 2006. ,I. �1� BOARD OF C• NTY COMMISSIONERS �Pt a WELD COU J' , COLORADO ATTEST: reel • .
