RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PETITIONFOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND
OF TAXES - RANDY LOFQUIST/MEAD FARM, LLC
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,State of Colorado, at a
duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 5th day of April,2006, at which meeting there
were present the following members: Chair M. J. Geile, and Commissioners William H. Jerke,
David E. Long, Robert D. Masden, and Glenn Vaad, and
WHEREAS,atsaid meeting on April 5,2006,the Board of County Commissioners deemed
it advisable to continue said matter to April 10,2006, at 9:00 a.m.,to allow time for the Assessor's
Office to review submitted documents, and
