RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING MINOR RESUBDIVISION, RS #1072, FOR
VACATION OF CERTAIN ROADS, STREETS, OR ALLEYS (MUSTANG AVENUE)
WITHIN GREEN ACRES SUBDIVISION - DENNIE HOFF / RONALD AND SALLY
HARMS
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with a request from Dennie Hoff,2727 Arabian
Avenue, Brighton, Colorado 80603, and Ronald and Sally Harms, 17486 Weld County Road 8,
Brighton,Colorado 80603,for Minor Resubdivision, RS#1072,for vacation of Mustang Avenue in
Green Acres Subdivision; being part of the N1/2 of Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a hearing before the Board was held on the 29th day of December, 2004, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to January 19,2005 at 9:00 a.m.,
and
WHEREAS,at said hearing on the 19th day of January,2005,the Board deemed it advisable
to continue said matter to January 18, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.,to allow time for the results of a pending
Court case to be known, and
WHEREAS,atsaid hearing on the 18th of January,2006,the Board deemed it advisable to
continue said matter to March 20, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., to allow time for the new property owners to
reach an agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Minor Resubdivision, RS#1072,for Vacation of Certain Roads,Streets,or
Alleys (Mustang Avenue) within Green Acres Subdivision be, and hereby is, continued to
March 20, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 18th day of January,A.D., 2006.
