Subject: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Building Inspection has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the July 11,
2006,hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Building Inspection is requesting that the Board review
the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.
Weld County Building Violation Cases:
VI-0600065, Beckles LLC Permit Number PRN-053047
Chapter 29, Article III, Section 29-3-290
All inspections shall be completed and a certificate of occupancy issued on the permit for the manufactured
home or permit number BCN-060111 shall be issued, a plot plan submitted, and the balance of$51.00 paid.
