RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING INTERGOVERNMENTAL CONTRACT FOR
INTENSIVE SUPERVISION PROGRAM SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN-
COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with an Intergovernmental Contract for Intensive
Supervision Program Services between the County of Weld,State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Community Corrections Board,
and the Colorado Department of Corrections, commencing September 1, 2006, and ending
June 30, 2007, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said contract, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board of County Commissioners deemed it advisable to
continue this matter to August 28, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, that the Intergovernmental
Contract for Intensive Supervision Program Services between the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, be, and hereby is, continued to August 28, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 21st day of August, A.D., 2006.
