RE: DONATION OF SURPLUS TRACTOR TO AIRPORT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Buildings and Grounds and Director
of Equipment Services have indicated that a tractor with a brush
on the front can be declared surplus and donated to the Airport
for utilization, and
WHEREAS, the tractor and brush acquired by the County in 1960
have been fully depreciated and have no residual value to the
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following equipment
is hereby donated to the Airport Authority at no cost:

160 Tractor-Allis-Chalmers 64-06-055
Broom 64-09-53
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Department is
hereby directed to remove the above surplus items from the
equipment list.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
July, A.D. , 1984 .
