TO: Chris Gathman, Planning Services
FROM: Pam Smith, Environmental Health
C
SUBJECT:N RS-1133 15, 2006
COLORADO DATE: ovember
NAME: SW CHAMBERS
Environmental Health Services has reviewed this proposal to combine Lots 4-6 of
Lupton Meadows into one 101 acre lot. A review of the assessor's records found one
existing residence on the property.
We have no objections to the proposal; however, we do recommend that the following
conditions be part of any approval:
1. All septic systems located on the property shall have appropriate permits from
the Weld County Department of Public Health & Environment. The
Environmental Health Division of the Weld County Department of Public Health &
Environment was unable to locate a septic permit for the property. Any existing
septic system which is not currently permitted through the Weld County
Department of Public Health & Environment will require an I.S.D.S. Evaluation
prior to the issuance of the required septic permit. In the event the system is
found to be inadequate, the system must be brought into compliance with current
I.S.D.S. regulations.
