SUBJECT: PZ-1103
PZ-1103 was notified as a Change of Zone from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to PUD
(Liberty PUD) for one hundred and thirty one (131) lots with (R-1) Low Density Residential uses,
one (1) twenty three (23) acre lot with (C-1) Neighborhood Commercial uses, and approximately
thirty (30) acres of common openspace.
The Department of Planning Services is requesting the following change in bold, Change of
Zone from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to PUD (Liberty PUD) for one hundred and thirty one
(131) lots with (R-1) Low Density Residential uses, one (1) twenty three (23) acre lot with (C-1)
Neighborhood Commercial and (C-2) General Commercial uses, and approximately thirty (30)
acres of common openspace.
The Planning Commission is scheduled to hear this case on July 18, 2006. The Department of
Planning Services will be requesting that this application be continued till August 1, 2006 to
allow for appropriate notification. The hearing on August 1, 2006 will be held at 1:30 in the
Greeley Department of Planning Services hearing room (918 10'" Street, Greeley, CO 80631).
The Department of Planning Services requests that the referral agencies review the proposed
change from C-1 to include also C-2 and amend your referrals accordingly.
