It will consist of offices to be housed in the old, existing building, built in the 1920's, which is a two story structure with appx. 4000 square feet per floor. (see attached picture) A 60' x 80' metal building will be constructed on site to house electrical parts along with a bay for maintenance of equipment. Future plans include a shed-type structure in the northeast corner of the site for parking and storage of job trailers and equipment when they are not in use. 2. I believe this site is consistent with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan as it is surrounded by industrial, commercial, and agricultural properties, along with gravel pits. 3. I believe the site is consistent with the intent of Weld County Zoning District, as stated in #2. 4. The type of uses that surround this site are as follows: North and west of this site is a newly permitted gravel pit and batch plant, which is just in the start-up phase at this time. East of the site is agriculture, and to the south is a commercial Building used by Spain's Pump Service, along with a small House. 5. a & b...At present we employ appx. 150 people, of which all but 16 report directly to various job locations, not to the corporate headquarters.
