As a follow-up to your conversation with Mr. Jeff Jerome of the Public Works Department, I would like to
assure you that your concerns have been discussed with employees of the Grader Division that maintain the
roads in your area. The safety of all is one of the greatest concerns of Weld County and the Board.
Although the specific issue involving the individual you identified in your letter is a personnel matter; the
results will remain confidential.

RE:Aristocrat Ranchettes Traffic Signing
Dear Weld County Resident
This letter is regarding additional signing that Weld County is preparing to perform within
your neighborhood. Weld County Public Works Department is planning on installing stop signs within
your subdivision in the next several months to help increase the safety of the intersecting roadways.
The signing plan is to stop all east-west avenues as they intersect with the north-south streets, with the
exception of Higgins Avenue. Higgins Avenue will be the thru road as it intersects Woodruff Hart,
Henry,and Richard Streets.
The installation of the stop signs will take several weeks to complete. We ask that you
observe the wanting signs of the County Forces as they are working in your area If you have any
questions concerning the signing plan, please call Wayne Howard, P.E., at 970-356-4000, ext. 3788.
Questions during construction or installation of the signs should be directed to Marc Street,
Maintenance Support Supervisor,at 970-356-4000,ext.3780.
