Dear County' Commissioner:
You recently received notification of the allocation of additional regular
FY83 CSBG funds to your county.
Receipt of these funds requires an amendment to your existing CSBG
contract. To initiate this amendment please submit, to the address
indicated below, a revised project budget reflecting the distribution of
these funds. If you intend to add new activities to your original scope of
services as a result of receiving these additional funds, also include a
description of these new activities with your revised budget.
The contract completion date of December 31, 1983, will remain the same so
you may want to start the amendment process as soon as possible. All
revised budgets should be submitted by July 31, 1983. The same signature
process is required to complete a contract amendment as an original contract.
