RE: APPOINTMENT OF ERICH SPITZER TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County
Colorado, pursuant to the Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Housing Authority, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Erich Spitzer be
appointed to fill the unexpired term of Dennis Kohan which
expires September 13, 1984 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Erich Spitzer
be, and hereby is, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Dennis Kohan as stated herein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th
day of September, A.D. , 1983 .
