Fulton's approval of the installation is contingent upon Mr. Medlin's and future property owners' performing weed control operations between the ditch and the fence and execution of the appropriate agreements. Upon execution of the appropriate agreements related to the installation and maintenance of the fence all of Fulton's concerns with regard to the project should be adequately addressed.
