Dear Mr. Ogle,
This letter is in response to your request for a written dust abatement plan
beyond what was provided to you in map format last week. The internal road
and parking lot will be surfaced with recycled asphalt. Therefore, dust abatement
on these areas is not applicable. The 500 x 500 foot storage will remain as is,
^ with a dirt surface. As this area will be utilized for storage, access will not occur
on a daily basis. Therefore, should any dust issues occur in the storage area, it
will be sprayed in accordance with the dust abatement plan.
Please contact our representatives at Todd Hodges Design (613-8556) at your
earliest convenience to establish a Board of County Commissioners hearing
date.

Per our conversation today, please add the following language to our submitted
_ Dust Abatement Plan for the noted USR. "Should any dust issues occur, water
will be applied to the area."
