The Department of Planning Services has determined that this relocation is not a substantial change to the existing USR for this site and Ensign Well Services Inc., may at any date unknown at this time, move a similar structure onto these lands with the appropriate permits obtained through Weld County Government. We understand Petro-Canada Resources (USA), Inc. will be moving the modular structure from our site to Lot C, RE-4205. This move is not a major change from our Use by Special Review application. We request your approval of this move and that the move does not constitute a major change from AmUSR-734 in accordance with Section 23-2-280 of the Weld County Code.
