RE: Restoration Along WCR 13
Dear Mr. Bolin:
The Weld County Board of Commissioners is in receipt of your letter dated February 3, 2006, in
reference to the restoration work on WCR 13 that needs to be completed following the
installation of a water pipeline by the Central Weld County Water District (Water District).
The Public Works Department has been in contact with the Water District to ensure this
restoration work is completed properly and in a timely manner. The Water District has provided
a verbal assurance that they will complete this restoration work in the near future, as weather
conditions allow. Public Works has assigned Ted Eyl to inspect and ensure that the restoration
work is completed properly. Mr. Eyl can be reached directly at (970) 304-6496, Extension 3764.

Re: Restoration of Boulevard along WCR 13 by Grandview Estates
Keith Bolin(President of the Grandview HOA) has been in contact with Mac McCellan
concerning the restoration work required along WCR 13 to restore the boulevard to its
previous condition prior to the pipe line installation.
Following is a list of the work that needs to be done.
1. Repair torn up areas to the north of Grandview Drive
2. Repave the walkway(path) that was damaged
3. Reseed the area south of irrigation ditch
4. Add fill dirt and reseed by Grandview Circle
5. Drain ditch needs to be re-dug south of Grandview Circle
6. Most of that entire stretch needs to be cleaned up (debris removed)and leveled
It is important that this be done soon, prior to the beginning of the new mowing season.
