RE : APPROVE REPLAT OF LUPTON MEADOWS LAND COMPANY, A SUB-
DIVISION OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 1981, a public
meeting was held before the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado upon the application of Lupton Meadows
Land Company for a replat of Lots 8, 9 , and 10, Lupton Meadows
Land Company, a subdivision in Weld County, Colorado, more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 8, 9 , and 10, Lupton Meadows Land
Company Division #3, located in part of
the NE4, Section 24, T2N, Range 67 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners heard the
testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied
the request and the recommendations of the Weld County
Planning Commission, and having been fully informed, is
satisfied that the proposed replat of lots 8, 9 , and 10,
Lupton Meadows Land Company conforms in all respects with the
requirements of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations and
finds that the approval of said replat would be in the best
interest of Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the replat of
Lots 8, 9 , and 10, Lupton Meadows Land Company subdivision
be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
November, A.D. , 1981.

1. It is the opinion of the Planning Commission that this request is in compliance

B. Drainage easements or rights-of=-wayreserved for drainage have not been
changed.
C. Street locations and street rights-of-way have not been changed.
D. The plat has not been altered in any way which would adversely
affect the character of the original subdivision plat.
2. The Utility Board recommended approval of this request on October 8, 1981.

Gentlemen:
The following information is being submitted as a letter of
explanation detailing why the request for Replat application
for Section 24 , TN. 2N, N.E. 1/4 , lots 8 , 9 , and 10 .
I have lived here and farmed for the past nineteen years and
plan to continue doing so , if circumstances permit , for
this is my home and permanent address of record. However ,
for the past two years I have experienced an asmatic condi-
tion which I am told is being agitated by environmental
conditions , i .e . , vegetation, animal dander, and dust parti-
cles . This may eventually require me to move elsewhere for
my health. I do not want to sell my farm, but by the same
token, I do not want to rent the improvements because of
possible deterioration or expensive upkeep .
By replating the farm as proposed, I will be able to keep
the cultivated portion intact and sell the improvements , if
it should become necessary for me to move .
Your prompt review and concurrence would be very graciously
appreciated.

RE: GEE - LUPTON MEADOWS LAND CO. REPLAT
We have reviewed the replat information for the GEE Replat. We also reviewed the
South Platte River Special Flood Hazard Information Report for Weld County,
Colorado (Corps. of Engineers, 1977) . Plate Number 6W of this report shows the
site buildings inundated with water. This area lies within the 100-year flood
plain.
We cannot recomend approval of this subdivision.
