RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS OF TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Doug Printz be reassigned from the at-large
representative position to the District 5 position, to replace Syl Manlove;and that Barbara Murphy
be appointed to said board as the at-large representative, to replace Doug Printz, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Doug Printz and appoint Barbara
Murphy to said board, with terms to expire May 23, 2008.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Doug Printz and Barbara Murphy be, and hereby are, reassigned and
appointed to the Board of Public Health, with terms to expire May 23, 2008.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 10th day of July, A.D., 2006.
