RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Helen M. Stonebraker, Box 148, Niwot, Colorado 80544, has made a
donation of $50.00 to the Weld County Ambulance Service, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept all donations
via resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County that the donation of $50.00 from Helen M. Stonebraker, is hereby
accepted by the Board and designated to be used for ambulance purposes.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of June, A.D. , 1983.

We have received a donation in the amount
of $50 from Helen M . Stonebraker , Box 148 ,
Niwot, 80544 . We took care of this lady
in Dacono the other night and she wanted to
make a donation although she was not trans-
ported . We ' ve since checked with her to
double check her intent to make a donation .
Can you prepare a resolution for the Board
to accept this donation? We ' ve deposited the
check with our regular deposit today . We
can use her donation for equipment .
