RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 710 - R. J. HAYDEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 2nd day of March, 1983 , considered the request
of R. J. Hayden to place a mobile home, to be used beyond six (6)
months for temporary storage, on the parcel of land, which is to
be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the E2, Section 2 , T3N, R68W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of R. J.
Hayden for permission to place a mobile home, to be used beyond
six (6) months for temporary storage, on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld
County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
March, A.D. , 1983 .
