Lupton pump Station (NW 1/4 Section 20 TAT, R66W) Station design has changed slightly since our initial application in April, 1978. However, since these changes are minor, I understand we may proceed with our construction under the existing permit. I have enclosed a new plot plan which shows the work we plan to complete at this time. In addition I have attached an amended "Development Standards" to reflect the changes which have taken place. Lastly, we intend only to do the mechanical at this time. Electrical estimates are still being developed and will be forwarded to you just prior to our obtaining the electrical permit. Below is the Ft. Lupton cost estimate and anticipated fee: Material = 120,310 Construction = 41,500 Building = Include in Electrical Permit Electrical = Estimating Total = 161,810 Fee = $588.00 Thank you for your help in updating this permit.
