RE: RESCINDING ALCOHOL RECOVERY CENTER' S PETTY CASH AND CHANGE
FUND
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners approved Petty
Cash and Change Funds on November 20 , 1978 , in the amount of
$75 . 00 for the Petty Cash Fund and $50 . 00 for the Change Fund
at the Alcohol Recovery Center, and
WHEREAS , it has been determined by the Director of Finance
and Administration and Director of the Health Department that
the Petty Cash and Change Funds are no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Petty Cash and
Change Funds operating in the Alcohol Recovery Center are
hereby rescinded, effective immediately.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Health Department shall
remit to the Accounting Office $125 . 00 for deposit and closure
of the above mentioned cash funds.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on theh;
day of July, A.D. , 1982 .
