BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that an emergency exists inasmuch as State law requires that the mill levy of Weld County, Colorado, be enacted on or before the 13th day of December, 2006, therefore, this Ordinance is declared to be an Emergency Ordinance under the provisions of Section 3-14 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board, if any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held or decided to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
