The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated December 3, 1979 and
duly published December 6, 1979 and December 27, 1979 in the Platteville
Herald a public hearing was held on the request of Florinda T. Martinez
dba Pesina's Cafe for a 3.2% beer license. Mrs. Martinez was present
to answer the Board's questions. Mr. Frank Martinez, a friend of
, Mrs. Martinez, was also present and translated some questions for
Mrs. Martinez.
Commissioner Dunbar stated she had made an on site/inspection of the
applicants establishment and found no apparent problems. The operators
seem to conduct a neat, clean and orderly business.
Following discussion Commissioner Calsen made a motion to approve
the 3.2% beer license for Florinda Martinez dba Pesina's Cafe in the
Town of Gill. Commissioner Dunbar seconded the motion and it carried
unanimously.
