RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF DAN MC CANCE, HAROLD HERBST, BOB WARDLAW,
FELIX DESCHANE, RON PRESTON, AND APPOINTMENT OF RON MATFELD
AND VERN KAMMERZELL TO THE WELD COUNTY FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
, the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, seven vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able to re-appoint Dan McCance, Harold Herbst, Bob Wardlaw, Felix
Deschane and Ron Preston to said Fair Board for 3-year terms to
expire on October 31, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners further deems
it advisable to appoint Ron Maifeld and Vern Kammerzell for 3-year
terms to expire on October 31, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Dan McCance Harold
Herbst, Bob Wardlaw, Felix Deschane, and Ron Preston be, and
hereby are, re-appointed to the Weld County Fair Board for
3-year terms to expire on October 31, 1984, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Ron Maifeld and
Vern Kammerzell be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld
County Fair Board for 3-year terms to expire on October 31, 1984 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st October,
