The department of Planning Services would like to request the following changes to the Staff
comments.
Add:
1.c The applicant shall submit to the Weld County Department of Planning
Services a signed copy of an agreement with the properties mineral owners
which stipulates that oil and gas activities have been adequately incorporated
into the design of the site and that mineral owners concerns have been mitigated
or the applicant shall submit evidence that the mineral owners concerns have
