VI-0600173, Lot 7 Block 30, Aristocrat Ranchettes Weld County Co. We are in the process of trying to find a small house for the two of us and our dogs. I have been very ill since last July, I am still recovering from the last round in the hospital, my husband has been working and taking care of me till I can get back on my feet. He has had a hard time dealing with working and caring for me. We have started in cleaning up the yard but something happens and we didn't get very far. Now due to health we will have to have it done. We have cards from guys wanting junk cars and scrap metal, but have not been able to reach them as yet. Hopefully we can this weekend. It will be easier for them to get in and get loads after we have moved with the dogs. We will have to get movers for most of it. We also have to have our other property sold to get a house. We have possible buyers for both properties. Selling the other one will let us get a house and start moving. It will be much easier for me to keep in touch by email than phone, I am on oxygen and pain medication, I am not driving and not getting around very well. I will keep you up by email,as I can do it when I am able. We have been having problems with the phones, We keep busy on Mondays usually to the doctor, really don't need any more problems so please be patient and we will work on it as we can. We want to get moved to a small place easier on me as soon as we can I will keep you up by email. --- Betty Mavity pacratffearthlinl. 04/24/2006 DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES Compliance Division NORTH OFFICE 918 10T" Street GREE LEY, CO 80631 C Ws : WWW.CO.WELD.CO.US O E-mail Address: bsalzman Coco.weld.co.us PHONE: (970) 353-6100, Ext. 3555 COLORADO FAX: (970) 304-6498 SOUTHWEST OFFICE 4209 CR 24.5 L0NGMONT, CO 80504 PHONE: (720) 652-4210, Ext. 8730 FAX: (720) 652-4211 April 18, 2006 MR. & MRS.
