RE: APPROVE CORRECTION OF DESCRIPTION IN LEASE FOR OILCOM COR-
PORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

~ WHEREAS , on the 30th day of November, 1983 , the Board of
o w County Commissioners did accept the offer of Oilcan Corporation

o a to lease 0. 10 mineral acres situated in Section 15 , Township 6

,. a said lease to be for a period of three years , and
o ° WHEREAS , Oilcom Corporation has now advised the Board that

Description in Lease for the Board' s consideration, and

WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said Correction of Description.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Correction of De-
scription in Lease submitted by Oilcom Corporation, concerning
0. 10 mineral acres in Section 15 , Township 6 North, Range 67
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado , be, and hereby is ,
approved.
