RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 582 - MICHAEL
AND WALTER DANIELSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of January, 1983 , the Board of County
Commissioners approved Recorded Exemption No. 582 for Michael and
Walter Danielson concerning property described as part to the East
1/2 of Section 4 , Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the Board' s attention that
an error was made on the original plat concerning the dimensions
on Lot "A" , and
WHEREAS, the corrected plat should read as follows:
Lot "A"
Beginning at the South Quarter Corner (SQCOR)
of Section 4 , Township 7 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M. Thence East along the South
line of said section which bears S90°00 ' 00"E
a distance of 50 . 00 feet to the Point of Begin-
ning. Thence S90°00 ' 00"E along said Section
line, a distance of 1 , 591 . 70 feet; Thence
N00°00 ' 00"E, a distance of 272 . 00 feet; thence
N90°00 ' 00"W, a distance of 1 , 591 . 70 feet;
thence S00°00 ' 00"W, a distance of 272 . 00 feet
to the Point of Beginning. Subject to any
rights-of-way or other easements as recorded
by instruments of record or as now existing
on said described parcel of land. Said Lot "A"
contains 9 . 94 gross acres and 8 . 84 net acres.
WHEREAS, the Board, after review and study, deems it advis-
able to approve said amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 582 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Re-
corded Exemption No. 582 for Michael and Walter Danielson be,
and hereby is, approved.

Re: Danielson Recorded Exemption No. 582
Dear Greg :
Attached is a copy of the revised plat and legal description for
the above referenced project . As I indicated to you previously, the
revision is necessary because of a mistake made by our office.
The tract to be split off should have a dimension of 272 . 00 feet
in the north-south direction as shown on the attached plat dated
April 18, 1983, instead of the 262. 00 feet shown on the original
plat dated January 10, 1983. I have the original plat which I
will provide to you for recording whenever you want . If you
have any questions or comments , please contact me . I appreciate
your assistance and cooperation in this matter .
