The reasons are simply because there are sand and gravel pits already in the area, there are mineral maps confirming the fact that the area has sand and gravel in the area, and we (Jay and Sherrie Woods) own the mineral right to the land. It would be cost prohibitive to try and mine a two and a half acre site so it does not have any bearing in changing the zoning back to agriculture. Hello
