RE: SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL
PLAN, PF #1090, FOR 24 RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND 9.7 ACRES OF OPEN SPACE -
EAGLE VIEW FARMS, LLC
A public hearing was conducted on July 26, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner M. J. Geile, Chair
Commissioner David E. Long, Pro-Tern
Commissioner William H. Jerke
Commissioner Robert D. Masden
Commissioner Glenn Vaad
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Jenny Luna
Assistant County Attorney, Cyndy Giauque
Planning Department representative, Chris Gathman
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 7,2006,and duly published July 12,2006,in the
Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Eagle View Farms,
LLC,for a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan, PF#1090,for
24 residential lots and 9.7 acres of open space. Cyndy Giauque,Assistant County Attorney,made
this a matter of record. Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant's
representative has requested a continuance of the matter to October4, 2006, in order to complete
additional engineering work regarding the ditch.
Robb Casseday, Casseday Creative Designs, LLC, represented the applicant and stated a
continuance has been requested in order to conduct additional engineering review regarding the
Ogilvy Inlet Ditch. He stated the ditch property is not owned by the applicant; it is owned by the
irrigation company. He further stated the Colorado Department of Transportation indicated it would
like to be involved with any additional study or engineering reviews.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Long moved to continue the request of Eagle View Farms, LLC, for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan, PF#1090,for 24 residential lots and
9.7 acres of open space, to October 4, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Jerke, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing
was completed at 10:15 a.m.
