HomeMy WebLinkAbout20060270.tiff 9% RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #11 - BETTY JO HADLEY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution #680361, dated December 11, 1968, the Board of County Commissioners approved Use by Special Review Permit #11 for a Dog Kennel Operation for Betty Jo Hadley, 2000 West 92nd Avenue, Space 259, Denver, Colorado, on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of the W1/2 of Section 9, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, being more fully described in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from David Dugan, 4630 Weld County Road 5, Erie, Colorado 80516; David Samoljan, 556 Weld County Road 16.5, Longmont, Colorado 80504; Michael Thorne, 4620 Weld County Road 5, Erie, Colorado, 80516; Lawrence Stuart, 4540 Weld County Road 5, Erie, Colorado 80516; and Anthony and Janet Cozza, 4520 Weld County Road 5, Erie,Colorado 80516,current property owners,to vacate said Use by Special Review Permit#11, since the use is no longer being performed on the property, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present,studied the request of the applicants and the recommendation of the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
