RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO SOUTHWEST WELD COUNTY I-25 CORRIDOR
STUDY TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,Weld Weld County,with assistance from consultant Carter-Burgess, is conducting
the Southwest Weld County 1-25 Corridor Study ("the Study"), and
WHEREAS,it is necessary to appoint a Technical Committee to provide technical expertise
and advice to the persons responsible for conducting the study, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint the persons listed on the attached
Exhibit "A," to the Technical Committee, for terms to begin on January 19, 2006, and end on
December 31, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the persons listed on the attached Exhibit"A,"be, and hereby are,appointed
to the Southwest Weld County 1-25 Corridor Study Technical Committee, for terms to begin on
January 19, 2006, and end on December 31, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 18th day of January, A.D., 2006.
