RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION#4350 -RONALD
AND BARBARA WARNER
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to its authority under
Section 30-28-101(10)(d),C.R.S.,did determine at a public meeting held on the 27th day of March,
2006 in the Chambers of the Board, that a certain parcel of land, to be divided into two parcels, as
shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption#4350, does not come within the purview of the
definition of the terms, "subdivision" and "subdivided land," and
WHEREAS,the request for Recorded Exemption #4350 was submitted by Ronald and
Barbara Warner,4227 North 119th Street, Lafayette,Colorado 80026,for property which is located
in part on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
being more particularly described in the plat which shall be provided by the applicant and known as
Exhibit "A," said plat to be recorded, and
WHEREAS,at said hearing on the 27th of March, 2006, the Board deemed it advisable to
grant the request of the applicant's representative,Attorney Alex Duran,to continue said matter to
April 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., when a full quorum of the Board would be present, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held before the Board on April 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue to matter to April 17,2006,at 9:00 a.m.,to allow time
for the Department of Building Inspections to receive specific correspondence from the applicant.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to April 17, 2006,
at 9:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of April, A.D., 2006.
