IN RE THE ORGANIZATION OF
SOUTHWEST GREELEY WATER AND
SANITATION DISTRICT, WELD
COUNTY , COLORADO
An application has been filed in this Court seeking
dissolution of Southwest Greeley Water and Sanitation District.
The District has no outstanding bonded indebtedness. Hearing
on the application will be held at the Court House at 9th Street
and 9th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, on May 6 1983
at 1 : 30 _p_.M. or on a later date to which the hearing
may be continued.
Interested persons may appear and be heard on the
sufficiency of the application for dissolution and the adequacy
of the plan including disposition of the funds remaining in the
treasury of the District.
