WHEREAS, on the 15th day of December, 1982 , the Board of T

WHEREAS, the Resolution of that date had an error in the
legal description, and
WHEREAS, the subsequent Resolution of May 9 , 1983, also

had an error in the legal description, and

WHEREAS, the legal description should be corrected to read

That part of the Northeast One-Quarter of the
Northeast One-Quarter of Section Ten, Township O '')
One North, Range Sixty-Three West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 . 00 feet South of the
North line of said Section 10 and 55. 00 feet
West of the East line of said Section 10;
thence S89°50 ' 20"W on assumed bearing parallel
with said North line a distance of 53. 75 feet;
thence SOO°00 ' 00"E parallel with said East
line a distance of 143 . 75 feet; thence
N89°50 ' 20"E parallel with said North line a

parallel with said East line a distance of
143. 75 feet to the point of beginning.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it ad-
visable to approve said correction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the corrected legal
description as hereinabove listed be, and hereby is, approved.
