RE: APPROVAL FOR JOHN A. FARMER TO APPLY FOR A SIX MONTH TEMP- -�
ORARY MOBILE HOME STORAGE PERMIT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant .to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Building Inspections broughtiiit :.
to the Board' s attention that John A. Farmer is in violation of
Section 31. 2.16 (43) of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, more
specifically, having a mobile home without proper permits, and
WHEREAS, said violation is occurring on a parcel of land
described as the SE4 of Section 25, Township 4 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after review and having heard the testimony of the
applicant, the Board deems it advisable to allow the applicant
to apply for a six month temporary mobile home storage permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the applicant be, and
hereby is, allowed to apply for a six month temporary mobile
home storage permit.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of

Dear Mr. Farmer:
This is to inform you that the Weld County Board of Commissioners is scheduled
to consider the zoning violation occurring on your property on Wednesday,
September 15, 1982, starting at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be held in the
Board of County Commissioners Hearing Room on the first floor of the Weld
County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631.
Your presence or a representative would be helpful to the Board of County
Commissioners if it has any questions in considering this violation. If
necessary, the Board will recommend that the County proceed with legal action
to remedy the violation of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance.

The uses on the above described property are being considered as zoning
violations of Section 31.2.16 (43) of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance .
for having a mobile home on your property without the proper permits.
We are requesting your cooperation in this matter by contacting this
office by July 2, 1982, to inform us of your intentions in correcting
this zoning violation. Failure to do this will result in this office
scheduling this violation before the Weld County Board of County Commis-
sioners for their consideration and action.
