FARMER TO APPLY FOR A SIX MONTH TEMP- -� ORARY MOBILE HOME STORAGE PERMIT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant .to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Department of Building Inspections broughtiiit :. to the Board' s attention that John A. Farmer is in violation of Section 31. 2.16 (43) of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, more specifically, having a mobile home without proper permits, and WHEREAS, said violation is occurring on a parcel of land described as the SE4 of Section 25, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after review and having heard the testimony of the applicant, the Board deems it advisable to allow the applicant to apply for a six month temporary mobile home storage permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the applicant be, and hereby is, allowed to apply for a six month temporary mobile home storage permit.
