NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR ORGANIZATION
OF THE KITELEY RANCH METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there was filed with the Weld County
District Court a Petition for Organization("Petition")of the Kiteley Ranch Metropolitan District
("District"),which Petition requests the organization of a metropolitan district. Notice is further
given that a Service Plan and Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado approving such Service Plan were also filed with the Court in this matter,as
required by law. The Service Plan and related documents are now on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Weld County District Court and are available for public inspection.
The purposes of the District are generally to provide street,traffic and safety control,
drainage, sanitation,water,parks and recreation, and such other services and facilities as
authorized in the Special District Act and as more fully described in the duly approved Service
Plan of the District.
The boundaries of the proposed Kiteley Ranch Metropolitan District are generally
described as follows:
Lot B of recorded Exemption No. 1207-27-2-RE 843 as recorded in
Book 1111,Film 1383,Reception No.02052248 of the records of
the Weld County Clerk and Recorder,also known as Kiteley Ranch
at Foster Lake P.U.D.,and being a tract of land consisting of

approximately 140.43 acres located in the NW 1/4 of Section 27,
Township 3 North,Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.,Weld County,
Colorado,except for the Kiteley homestead consisting of
approximately 3.05 acres situate therein.
In accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 32-1-305(3), C.R.S.,the owner of
any real property within the District may file a petition with the Weld County District Court
stating reasons why such property should not be included within the District, and requesting that
such property be excluded therefrom. Such petition shall be duly verified, shall describe the
property sought to be excluded, and shall be filed anytime after the filing of the Petition for the
organization of the District,but no later than ten (10) days before the day hereinafter specified
for the hearing thereon before the District Court.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN by order of the Weld County District R-p that a public
hearing o9 the Petition for Organization of the District will be held on the 3 day of
CXtAU� , 2006,at $•oC) o'clock A .m.,in Division 4 of the Weld
County District Court, located at 901 9th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. At such hearing any
interested party may appear and be heard within the limitations provided by law.
