RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER BOARD
OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Donna Bottenberg and Larry James be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Donna Bottenberg and Larry James
to said board, with terms to expire January 13, 2009.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Donna Bottenberg and Larry James be,and hereby are, reappointed to the
North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees, with terms to expire January 13, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of January, A.D., 2006.
