RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Stuart Gebauer be appointed to said board,to
replace Kathy Rickart;that K.C. Hatch be appointed to said board to replace Diane Carlson;and that
Laurie MacDonald replaces Blain Kreutzer, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended and the Board deems it advisable to reappoint
Pat Kindvall, Rose Esparza, Reid Graves, and Katie Samples to said board, with terms expiring
September 30, 2009.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Pat Kindvall, Rose Esparza, Reid Graves,and Katie Samples be,and hereby
are, reappointed to the Fair Board, with terms to expire September 30, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado,that Stuart Gebauer, K.C. Hatch,and Laurie MacDonald,be, and hereby are,appointed
to the Fair Board, with terms to expire September 30, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 25th day of October, A.D., 2006.
