RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL COUNTY
TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATES
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,by letter dated April 19, 2006, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as Exhibit"A,"Donald D. Mueller,Treasurer of Weld County,has requested authorization
to cancel County Tax Lien Sale Certificates Numbers 841/99, 1036/00, 1513/05, and 1642/05, for
the reasons stated in Mr. Mueller's letter, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to cancel said County
Tax Lien Sale Certificates as requested by the Weld County Treasurer, pursuant to
Section 39-10-114(2)(b), C.R.S.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that County Tax Lien Sale Certificates Numbers 841/99, 1036/00, 1513/05,and
1642/05, be, and hereby are, canceled.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of June, A.D., 2006.
