RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS REGULAR
(112) OPERATION RECLAMATION PERMIT APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR
TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Construction Materials Regular (112)
Operation Reclamation Permit Application from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,on behalf of the Department of Public
Works, to the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, Division of Reclamation, Mining, and
Safety, with terms and conditions being as stated in said application, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 18th day of October, 2006, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to November 15, 2006, at 9:00
a.m., and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 15th day of November, 2006, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to November 22, 2006, at 9:00
a.m., and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Construction Materials Regular (112) Operation Reclamation Permit
Application from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, to the Colorado
Department of Natural Resources, Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, be,and hereby is,
continued to November 22, at 9:00 a.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said application.
