RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO EXTENSION ADVISORY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Extension Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Brad Leafgren be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gerald Roth be appointed to said board to
replace Colleen Flack, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Brad Leafgren,and to appoint Gerald
Roth to said board, with terms to expire November 1, 2009, and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Brad Leafgren be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Extension Advisory
Council, with a term to expire November 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gerald Roth be, and hereby is, appointed
to the Extension Advisory Council to replace Colleen Flack,with a term to expire November 1,2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of November, A.D., 2006.
