RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF C-BUCK CUNLIFFE AS DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT
OF PLANNING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , effective April 23, 1982, the position of Director
of Planning Services became available, and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Planning Services
shall be responsible for the administration and coordination of
the Planning, Zoning and Inspection divisions, pursuant to the
Weld County Home Rule Charter, Section 4-4 , (A) (2) , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has determined that Chuck Cunliffe is the most qualified
person to fill the position of Director of the Department of
Planning Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Chuck Cunliffe be, and
hereby is , appointed as Director of the Department of Planning
Services .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said appointment
shall be effective April 23, 1982.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
May, A.D. , 1982, nunc pro tunc April 23, 1982.
