The trailer has been located there for about 20 years. The trailer has a septic tank and water is suppled from a well on the farm. Electric wiring is all new being replaced in 1982. The trailer has current licence tabs which is bought = every year. Mrs Wheeler is 81 years old has been sick and in hospital and has made her home there for 20 years. We have signatures of the home owners who live across from property on raod 49 and the owner of the property that is close to the house which is about 500 ft.
