RE: County Lease with Fort Lupton Fire Protection District Relative to Ambulance
Service Lease of Space at Fire Station #2 in Fort Lupton-Notice of Rental
Adjustment Based on Consumer Price Index
Dear County Commissioners:
Please be advised that beginning January 1, 2007 the rent under the Lease Agreement
between the Fort Lupton Fire Protection District and the Weld County Paramedic Service
relative to Fire Station #2 at 2999 9th Street, Fort Lupton, Colorado will increase by 3.0%
pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the Lease Agreement based upon the Denver-Boulder Consumer
Price Index.
Please be advised that all payments for the period after January 1, 2007 should include
that increased amount.
Thank you for continuing to rent from the Fire Protection District. We believe that it has
been a mutually advantageous situation.
